The kids are very bummed this morning. Earlier in the morning--around 4:30--a 5.2 earthquake hit Southern Illinois (about 2 1/2 hours south of where we are) and me and the kids slept right through it.
Melissa and Sarah Beth were awake and felt it. It shook the windows and the bed. Melissa said all those worst-case thoughts went through her head, but the nurse came in and let her know it was an earthquake.
This morning as we got here we found the return of the normal Sarah Beth. They had taken the IV out about 20 minutes before we got here and disconnected her from all of the monitors. She was running around the room playing and dancing. It looks like she is going to be released later this morning. More to follow...I will also post some pictures when we get home.
